Investment packages for state-owned properties

In partnership with the State Property Management Committee of the Republic of Armenia, Prospect 24 prepares comprehensive investment packages for state property subject to alienation.

How the partnership works

On January 24, 2025, the State Property Management Committee and Prospect 24 signed a memorandum of cooperation. Prospect 24 was selected through a two-stage competitive process to prepare investment packages for state-owned real estate subject to alienation.

Before each property is offered for sale, Prospect 24 conducts urban development, financial, and economic analysis using the latest tools. The result is a comprehensive investment package that allows potential buyers to evaluate the property's opportunities in advance — and significantly reduces bureaucratic procedures after acquisition.

What each property package includes

Real estate data
Area, location, purpose and current land use classification
Development vision
In accordance with the community master plan and zoning regulations
Infrastructure information
Roads, electricity, gas, water supply and communications
Analyses
Market trends, financial flows and development proposals
Design and planning
Sketches, marketing and financial plans for the property
Prior permits
From community and state authorities for project implementation
Risk management
Risk assessment and mitigation steps for informed decisions
